What's Included In Our Holiday Rental Cleaning Service
Our Regular Changeover Holiday Rental Cleaning Includes
- Full Cleaning of All Rooms
- Fresh bedding and towel changeover (we do not offer a laundry service; this is something you will need to set up)
- Restocking of essentials (toilet rolls, bin liners, dishwasher tablets, etc.)
- Emptying and sanitizing bins
- Beds made beautifully with a hotel-style finish
- Final Guest-Ready Touches (fluffing cushions, folding throws, room sprays, etc.)
Every clean is checklist-led and tailored to your property. You'll always know what's been done.
Emergency or last-minute call-outs (on the day, or the day before) will be charged an extra £25 per clean.

Seasonal Extra Deep Clean Service
A top-to-bottom refresh to keep your holiday home looking its best, tackling the jobs a regular changeover can't.
Kitchen: Full degreasing of ovens, hobs, and extractors; deep cleaning behind and inside appliances; cupboards and drawers refreshed; fridge/freezer fully sanitized.
Bathrooms: Limescale removal, grout revitalisation, sparkling glass, and a full polish to every fixture and fitting.
Bedrooms and Living Space: Upholstery and mattresses cleaned and refreshed; curtains and blinds dust-free; furniture moved and cleaned behind; soft furnishings cleaned.
Windows and Doors: Frames, tracks, and glass gleaming inside and out.
Floors: Carpets shampooed and hard floor polishing for a flawless finish.
Outdoor Areas: Patios, balconies, and garden furniture cleaned and guest-ready.
Finishing Touches: Light fittings, switched, skirting boards, and vents dusted and polished; cobwebs removed.

Do you provide cleaning for one-off stays or just regular clients?
We offer both. Regular clients get priority in peak seasons, but we'll always try to accommodate one-off requests.
Do you work with Airbnb hosts, or just private cottage owners?
We work with both, and we know how to clean to Airbnb's Superhost standards.
Can you provide your own linens?
No, at this time we do not provide this service.
Do you style the property too?
We always finish with care - cushion fluffing, throw placement and final touches are all part of our standard service, making it guest-ready.
Availability and Bookings
We operate 5 days a week (Monday through Friday), and on weekends we can work per request and availability.
To ensure you're covered, we recommend pre-booking cleans as soon as your guest calendar fills. Emergency or last-minute call-outs may be available for existing clients.
